Mae’r Corff Llywodraethu yn gyfrifol am weld bod yr ysgol yn cael ei rhedeg yn effeithiol, gan weithredu o fewn y fframwaith a osodir gan ddeddfwriaeth a bod y polisïau yr Awdurdod Lleol (ALl) a Llywodraeth Cymru (LlC) yn cael eu dilyn.

Mae'r Pennaeth, a'i dîm strategol yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth agos a chytbwys gyda’r Corff Llywodraethol er mwyn darparu'r addysg orau bosibl i'r disgyblion yn Ysgol Gymraeg Llangennech.

Cynhelir cyfarfodydd llawn yn dymhorol ac is-bwyllgorau yn fwy cyson.  Disgwylir i’r Llywodraethwyr fynychu hyfforddiant y trefnir gan yr A.Ll.

THE GOVERNORS

The Governing Body has a responsibility for seeing that the school is run effectively, acting within the framework set by legislation and that the policies of the Local Authority (LA) and the Welsh Government (WG) are adhered to.

The Headteacher, his strategic team and the Governing Body work in a close and balanced partnership to provide the best possible education for the pupils at Ysgol Gymraeg Llangennech.

Full Body meetings are held termly and there are a number of sub committees which meet regularly.  All Governors are expected to attend training arranged by the LA.
